CAVERSHAM BASEMENT WET BAR
What was once an underutilized basement is now a multifunctional retreat built for both play and entertaining. The homeowners envisioned a space where kids could spread out, friends and family could gather to watch the big game, and everyday wellness routines had a dedicated home—all while feeling cohesive with the rest of the house.
To bring that vision to life, we layered warm neutrals with rich green cabinetry and a playful leaping leopard wallpaper that instantly draws the eye. (And yes, according to lead designer Rachel Clark, animal print absolutely counts as a neutral!) Brass hardware and shelving details are complemented by polished nickel fixtures, creating a collected and intentional mix of finishes. Durable quartz countertops, a built-in glass rinser, and thoughtfully selected lighting make the wet bar as functional as it is beautiful.
Warm off-white walls provide a versatile backdrop for artwork and furnishings, while the charcoal-painted ceiling helps mechanical elements disappear, adding depth and character without overwhelming the space.
