TROUT CREEK BATHROOM & READING NOOK
Our lovely clients wanted to rethink their large and outdated upstairs bathroom that their three young sons use. The idea was to remove the tub and to reimagine that space and make it into a functional space that their boys could use (enter: The Reading Nook!). Our client wanted something timeless that would age well with her growing sons and the focus was updated design and a high functioning space.
Lead Designer, Rachel Clark focused on neutral tones and added in plenty of textures and patterns to create interest. The solider stacked shower wall and 8x8 checkerboard floor is certainly a fan favorite!
There was plenty of leftover space to do something cozy, creative and fun for the boys to hang out and read in… the Book Nook! Everyone is so pleased with how it turned out. Instead of one large space, our clients now have two beautiful spaces that their kids can grow into!
